Gabriel Murgueytio is a brand designer and illustrator located in Brooklyn, NY. He is currently part of the design team at Jones Knowles Ritchie.

Off hour activities include walks in the park, gaming, making YouTube videos, taking film photos, reading sci-fi novels and watching horror movies.

Kraft Mac & Cheese

By embracing the positive power of comfort food, we’ve designed an iconic brand that literally smiles back at you.

Collaborating with the KMC team we renamed the product to the more familiar "Mac & Cheese." We created a new humanist sans serif, Blue Box Sans inspired by the rounded shapes of macaroni. The redesigned brandmark features our most iconic asset, the KMC smile.

Lunchables

In order to revolutionize the Lunchables brand, we partnered with Kraft Heinz to refresh its brand identity and packaging. Inspired by the concept of children as builders, the ingredients depict stacks and miniature kids engaging with the food. 

Additionally, the packaging features imaginative scenes and landscapes, such as a seabed and outer space, inspired by the wonders of children's creativity.

Caprisun

To refresh the CapriSun brand we created an identity system that seeks to unleash kids’ independence. 

We updated all aspects of the brand; brandmark, colors and photography. Additionally, we created splash illustrations to add an element of fun and refreshment.

Pearson Pathways

The world’s leading learning company set out to create a new way to search, compare and find the best educational path for each student.

In partnership with the Pearson team we created an illustrious brand direction for their new subbrand that leverages an inclusive illustration system.

Elements Of Civilization

Hypergiant Industries' Ben Lamm tasked Maven with creating his vision book. Collaborating closely, our designers and writers worked with Ben to transform his concept into a 123-page marvel.

This took a comprehensive process involving copy development, layout design, creating diagrams and illustrations, and overseeing print production.
